Job Description

Do you want to work in a dynamic work environment where traditional craftsmanship meets modern technology? We are now looking for machine operators/casters for an exciting and long-term position in the manufacturing industry.

As a machine operator/caster, you will become an important part of the production and work with both manual and machine-based tasks. The duties are varied and cover the entire process from molding to the processing of finished castings. You will work in a business characterized by quality, safety, development, and a strong team spirit.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Hand molding or shell molding as a central part of daily work
• Mechanical and manual work within industrial production
• Post-processing and handling of castings
• Other common tasks within foundry and industrial operations

The position is long-term, and working hours are scheduled during the day or in two shifts, depending on the needs of the business.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is positive, responsible, and has a desire to develop. You thrive in a practical work environment where precision, safety, and collaboration are important parts of everyday life.

Experience from industrial work is advantageous, but we also welcome those with experience from other industries who wish to take the next step in their career and develop within the industry.

• Fluently speak and write Swedish
